Dr. Lein and his staff have always been professional and work with my schedule to help me make an appointment that is convenient for me. I really appreciate all that they do to make my experience a good one.
Dr Lein and his staff are the best I've ever encountered this coming from someone who has always hated the dentist.
This appointment was short and to the point with positive news. Excited about the possibility of finally receiving the implant... but still a little awed by how much it's costing me. But saying thanks for letting me know up-front so that I could have time to prepare budget-wise.JNL
I went to the office of Dr Lein to get an implant that for 3 years I have been postponing, because simply dentists scare me. None took the time and attention to deal with me At Dr Leins office I was accommodated , given time and treated like a real patient , they dealt not only with my teeth, but also helped me with my fears. I'm not scared any more of Dentist because I found Dr Lein and his staff to be the perfect match for my character and so I didn't walk away if my procedure :-)
I was thrilled that when doing my root canal they were able to SAVE the crown on my tooth. However, the day I went back to have my crown filled = the gal that worked on me did OK, but I felt that she was being rushed. Halfway through her working on my crown, another gal came in to let her know that her next appointment was there and if she wanted her to get her started by doing her X-rays for her. I felt after that, my technician was hurrying on me and I felt she was being rushed and as a result, I had to come back the next ... read more
I actually enjoy going to the dentist (as needed). My family and many of my friends have always had great things to say about the dental care received from Dr. Lien and his great staff. He disproves the theory of no pain ...no gain.
Great staff, excellent service. Thank you to everyone for their extra effort on behalf of my kids.
