We absolutely love Brun! Everyone I've met employed through Brun Property has been kind, caring, and responsive. Miranda has been an absolute pleasure to work with not only getting us into our apartment but with everything along the way. When our air stopped working, they had everything fixed within 48 hours. I highly recommend Brun Property if you're looking for a place. They understand family and real life!

Been in a rental in Fountain City managed by Brun for near six years. Over that time rent went up but it was never a drastic increase, was incremental and always months ahead so I had time to look. Maintenance is quick, office has been trustworthy, overall I've been really lucky in this townhouse. Thanks for everything Brun!

Brun has been managing my 4 properties for approx 6 years and they've never let me down. They're silent while everything is flowing well but when something pops up, they let me know. Get my approval and fix it. I'm amazed at some of the repairs the maintenance men have handled over the years for me usually at a great discount. I tried two slightly cheaper companies first both made me feel unseen. Appreciate you guys!

In our 10 years as residents in a home managed by Brun, we were quite impressed with all of the management team - through the drama of trees fallen during a sudden storm, crazy neighbors, occasional requests for maintenance items, they were there to stand by and assist quickly, efficiently and patiently. In my opinion, it's a wonderful Place to live! I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. I have had many positive experiences with Brun Properties, but today I will highlight one of their property managers, Ms. Darlene Hensley. I have lived here for 7 years and have had a few difficulties, but Darlene always showed interest in assisting me and genuinely cared. They honestly couldn't have a better person on their team. I applied for a property instantly as soon as it was listed. I was the first to view and I filled out my application within an hour. I sent my required info and was so excited for the house. They called me and verified my info and dragged their feet all day with ridiculous requests and told me they don't accept paystubs for income.
