Brun seized our entire security deposit of nearly $8000. and sent us a bill for an additional $1040. Our lease ended in July 2024 and we began requesting our deposit back at that time. They kept putting us off, or didn't respond at all because they were "busy with move-ins and move-outs". The bill and "supporting photos" were provided to us in December 2024 - 5 months after we had vacated.
