Just moved into a Townhouse managed by Brun and so far have a great experience with them! The ladies who work in the office are so kind and personable! They made the process of signing a lease easy, it was our first time ever renting. They answered all of our questions and helped clarify anything we were confused about! The town house we moved into was affordable and reasonably clean when we moved in. We looked at a lot of apartments and duplexes and this was one of the best looking one!
Have been a tenant since 07. Was my mother's apartment before that since 1991. Have always enjoyed living here. If I've ever needed Maintenance it's been prompt and courteous. Never had any issues here. Any people that I've dealt with from Brun have been very nice .
Brun has managed a number of my properties for a few years now, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Their team is always responsive to my concerns as an owner, and more importantly, they do everything to make sure that both the tenants and property are taken care of to the best of their ability. Whether you are an owner or a resident, I wouldn’t think twice about working with Brun.
