I was sooooo happy with our experience. Not only did Gina and Dr. Milton come in on a closed day for my son with a broken tooth, he wasn't even a patient at this practice!!! After I called in the morning and no one answered Gina called us back to see if we had an emergency! Exceptional customer service and super nice and kind people. Thank you again!
We were in there yesterday for a tongue/lip tie for my daughter. Dr Milton came in got her and was gone maybe 5 minutes for the procedure. Brought her back to me singing and my baby wasn't even crying. Everyone there was amazing and so helpful. I just wanted to say thank you so much. And I'd recommend them to anyone.
We drove from Indiana, Pennsylvania (1.5 hours north of Pittsburgh) for an alternative to total sedation for our 4 year old's tooth extraction. Dr. Milton and Macy were so wonderful with Aaron. They explained the procedure to him and helped him feel comfortable with every step of the extraction. Today my twin daughters Emersyn and Laikyn were in for their cleanings, we had a wonderful time with Carly our Hygienist and Dr. Milton. He was very thorough and willing to spend time discussing things involving our appointment. Carly was great with the kids, and completed both cleanings very quickly. We love Brunswick Kidds and look forward to seeing your staff members every time we visit. My daughters also loved the play area in the front lobby where they played well while waiting to be taken back for their cleanings:)
From the ladies who answered the phones when I called to make our appt, to the Dr's and the lactation consultant, everyone at Brunswick Kidds were so kind and helpful. We recently had our 3 month old daughters lip and tongue ties revised with Dr Milton and have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Brunswick Kidds. Thankful for their expert care for the procedure and after.

Dr. Milton was very thorough and helped us out a lot with my one month old son's severe tongue and lip ties. He is much happier now that he can breastfeed and move his tongue and lips better. The procedure was very quick. Dr. Milton said that my son fussed more for the pictures than for the actual procedure. I would recommend Dr. Milton to any family who suspects a tongue or lip tie!
