I was a employee here for about a month and and half. Things started out great, the tech I was training with and I got along great. he took the time to explaine things to me. About a month in things went downhill. first he stopped speaking to me then he stopped training me and was just using me as a human pack mule. Bruttell did a wonderful job for our commercial needs! They were responsive, prompt and were right on their quoted amount. We will be using them in the future!!
Bruttell Roofing was the worst company that I’ve ever worked with. I STRONGLY do not recommend using them. They gave us a quoted repair cost over the phone of $249 dollars, to show up and do two hours of repair that included material cost. The employee suggested sending over photos to obtain a more accurate repair cost. After sending over the photos we received a quote from a manager named Nick for $585 in repair work.
