Communication is key in this market and it was great.
The whole team was very helpful to me. This was my first home purchase and I'm sure I bugged the heck out of them with questions, but they were very patient and responsive. I had applied with four other lenders before deciding on Stockton Mortgage, and they are now my Go To.
He was very prompt with all my questions and helped me every step of the way.
Bryan and his team are always on the ball. We can (and did) call on them day and night. They were always able to keep the stress off us and look at every situation logically. We are so thankful for all the work that did for us. Customer service like that seen from Bryan, Grace, and Nick are not common these days. Most people are only after the end dollar. We felt like we were priority.
