Bryan kept us informed along the entire process. He sent a comprehensive list of the documents needed to qualify for the loan, and did a great job of suggesting the time of the “Lock” on rate. In addition, he explained our options to “buy down “ the rate and the amount of time it would take to make that a better option. I would unquestionably recommend him as your broker.

Too many unexpected changes in the loan process causing additional needed documents slowing things down, causing frustration, having to reschedule the closing dates multiple times and scaring the sellers to the point where we almost lost the house.
