After trying a different ENT and being in pain for days I decided to get a second opinion. Dr. Wilcox diagnosed me in about 30 seconds and got me the correct medication and had me pain free in about 20 minutes. After most of my hearing was gone from the infection and being in excruciating pain for days I was so relieved to have it figured out and done with. Dr. Wilcox is the man and I’d refer anyone to him.

Business response:

Hi, Douglas. We appreciate the kind words and are glad to have provided you with a positive patient experience!

Quick to get an appointment, answered all my questions and explained an easy-to-understand approach to treatment that did not jump to surgery as the first step but rather the last if necessary. Also very friendly and professional office staff.

I love Dr. Wilcox! I had a mass on my jaw and my doctor referred me to him. I was so scared but I was able to get right in. His staff was so kind and outgoing and when he came in he made me feel so comfortable and explained was he was doing. After a couple of tests, he suggested surgery. I was able to get in within the month and was able to get the lump removed. Recovery went well and my post ops were good too. I trust him wholeheartedly and will refer him to all my friends!

I went to see Dr. Wilcox for itchy ears. He told me what was causing my problems and provided a solution for it. I found him personable and easy to talk to. I would recommend anyone with any ear issues to him. I will definitely be going back in the future.
