My initial patient visit was handled quickly, professionally, skilfully and pleasantly--by all staff, meaning the receptionist, the dentist, the dental assistant, the dental hygienist, the check-out staff. Dr Bookman had me look with him at certain x-rays over time and explained how some things have been changing. He answered all my questions.
