Wouldn't donate unused pallets that are needed to help ship down to Houston - charity request. They said NO? What? Shame on you.

Nice products - but awful customer service. The manager messed up our delivery date/time and then blamed it on a young salesperson - (we heard the manager tell the salesperson the date - so it was the manager's error). Will never shop there again - and would recommend that people not work there either. If they treat customers this way, just imagine how they treat their employees!
