My very first interaction with Dr. Buchanan and Shanda was a more than pleasant experience! I remember my mom and dad had saved just enough cash to start braces for me and my younger brother. A super nervous, freckled face 11-year-old walked in, expecting the worse, and came out the happiest little girl. I had my braces!! When my nephew needed braces his mom took the consultation offered by the dentist at his last cleaning. It was quick, and provided a generic plan for whatever device that office is trained to administer. As a result, I suggested a consultation with Dr. Buchanan, and I'm glad I did!
