Ken is my hero! I had been using dutchie pay with the same bank account for almost a year but for some reason my online bank is no longer compatible. Ken was extremely patient the entire time even though I was there for a good 15 minutes. At one point I figured I wouldn’t be able to pick up today because nothing would connect. Ken was determined to make sure I left with the goods though! They helped me set up a different payment method and even showed me how to load the Apple Card.
