Everyone has always been friendly and answered honestly about a product . My last vist felt like I was having a conversation with Natalie felt like I've known her for years. Love you guys!
My concern with Bud & Rita's is they are growing too fast... They just outsourced the phone answering to a service that sounds like it uses foreign customer service reps. I couldn't just call the store to ask if they had gift cards... And the rep I got had no idea. She told me 'it looks like they only have digital'. It was weird to talk to a customer service agent that was so clearly not involved with Bud and Rita's. I hope this is not a trend. Everyone is amazing everybody is wonderful Soon as you walk in there friendly faces once you’re inside, you’re part of the family as they make you feel comfortable. Prices are amazing. Great deals.
