My concern with Bud & Rita's is they are growing too fast... They just outsourced the phone answering to a service that sounds like it uses foreign customer service reps. I couldn't just call the store to ask if they had gift cards... And the rep I got had no idea. She told me 'it looks like they only have digital'. It was weird to talk to a customer service agent that was so clearly not involved with Bud and Rita's. I hope this is not a trend. Their small business like feel is what keeps us coming back, but the rapid growth... read more
