Luis was to return with headers and repair a blind that didn't open properly. I haven't seen him it's 2 years go figure..

Hi Joann. I didn?t forget at all. As far as I know, we only needed one headrail that somehow was broken in your master after install and we re-ordered at no charge. We received it and called you many times and you were unavailable. I personally talked to you more than once and left several messages.
