Wait time is ridiculous. The manager needs customer service training . Walked in at 945pm. Received food at 11:15 pm
All the “service” complaints I’m reading are so on point. Been to this location 3 times now. Service went from poor to terrible. Hoping management turns things around, and quick.
I usually frequent the bbw in watchung where I hase a great experience but decided to pick up wings at the linden location after work to take home for dinner but that will NEVER happen again. Because my wings were not ready I decided to get a drink at the bar where I waited over 15 minutes before I was even approached at a practically empty bar picture below. I go for specials only, I'd never pay full price, for this. Managers suck..and they change constantly. Wait staff is very hit or miss. This place is more of a gamble, than 3 card monte. But i keep coming back, like a moth to a flame.
Very disappointed and disgusted. I went to hace lunch with the family and a mouse is crawling through the dining area. The worst part is the servers were not even surprised about it.
Rude i don't like how they treat people hang up the phone on people not great service Never go there
Server was extremely rude, I had to get up and get my own straw because he was too busy flirting with the other customers. I asked for 2 cups of water and i only got one. My food was cold and missing sone ingredients and when i asked for them he just stormed off. Not wanting to take it personal but kind of hard not to do when he seems to have an attitude when i call him over. Long story short, i'll never eat here again.
6 of us went to eat 4 of us got served 20 min later the other 2 dishes came out all they did was say sorry and take them off the bill no comp...
The bartender kiana is the best., Always knows what we want before we even sit down! Has a personality plus! It's a sad day when she is not behind the bar!
