First time at BWW, and I can only compare to Wingstop. I ordered the 6 piece regular with medium heat & french fries, which was quite good. The Bleu cheese was given in a small container, hardly enough to enjoy, missing chunks that I became accustomed to at WS. Service was a bit iffy, very lax. No napkins or refills on my soda.
I stop by, for the Super Bowl 🏈 2024. Food was good, Service was good too. Atmosphere was great for the Game.
We order over the top nachos but look like we get left over chips small pieces we ask manager to replace with new one and she replied with whatever left over that’s only you can get. We will never go back but of how manager behaved with customer
I have to say I had a great experience here, soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice host. My waitress was very nice and took care of everything I needed! Even though I was being very difficult my waitress "Kiyah" was very polite and understanding! I will be coming back and I hope to see this pleasant lady again.. Not only that my food came out hot and everything was up to par, Thank you guys for this wonderful experience!
The atmosphere was amazing , the food was just how I asked , the wings were fried hard like I like them and our waitress Kiyah had great hospitality. She came to check on us multiple times , she got our food to us quick without having to wait such a long time and she just had such a positive attitude and great service. We will definitely be back to this location. The customer service here is great.
