Brian was our Bug Off guy, he was personable and professional through out the whole process! He was on time and enthusiastic about finding our problem areas and wanted to hear what our issues/concerns were and why? He was honest and truthful especially while giving us his feed back on what he thinks would work best. He never gave us a sales pitch, rather he explained what this visit would entail and the various options avaliable for future bug calls!!! Thanks Bug Off👍
