RecommendedI just purchased a medium duty steel adjustable drop hitch (ball mount) with a Road Suppressor ball system, anti rattle clamp, and locking pins. I have not towed yet so this review doesn't address that. These hitches are more than bullet proof, they are bomb proof! They come packaged better than anything I have ever purchased and shipping was fast. Their construction is precise, solid, and looks great. Everything fit perfectly on my RV receiver and looks great! RecommendedI bought a medium duty 6” drop hitch in 2022 and loved it. It did start having issues in 2026, and I sent in a warranty request. BulletProofs engineering team suggested that I go up to the heavy duty drop hitch and only use their non corroding pins. They gave me my original purchase cost from 2022 AND an extra discount toward upgrading to the heavier duty hitch and some extra pins. Loved the last hitch, love the new one. RecommendedI contacted Bulletproof Hitches with a question regarding the fit of both a Dual Ball and a Folding Step attachment on a Medium Duty 4" drop hitch. I wanted to know if there needed to be an empty hole between the two attachments or if I could leave the empty hole at the bottom and stack the two with no gap. Sherri went above and beyond and actually mocked up what I was explaining in their showroom and sent pictures. I went ahead and ordered the step knowing that it would fit . Great customer service.
