RecommendedThe product is great and sturdy as many have said. I purchased the 8 inch drop heavy duty hitch for my 2023 Ram 2500. The measurements on the site are spot on so don't second guess that. I had some locking pins but mine only fit the hitch at the reciever so I ended up ordering the combo pack. May be an issue for someone else just information. I did have an issue with the shipper (FedEx) nothing to do with the product. I called the company and they said they would take care of it and they did. It's a great investment and offe... read more
