No matter what location I visit, Burger King always amazes me. If they could produce the same fries and coffee as their competitor, I would frequent here more. Regardless, their customer service is just shy of excellent. They are very friendly, accommodating, and patient when I have to refresh my memory of the menu and ask questions. Burger King is always delicious and awesome for a quick bite. Their service is quick, easy and tasty. The food here is cheap and they always have wonderful combos and the drive through was easy and really quick. It’s almost like zero waiting time when I went. The fries here are one of the best fries 🍟 in the US, fresh and crunchy. The whopper and nuggets were yummy as well. *Highly recommend.
The staff was extremely nice, the only problem I have is that I found a dead fly in my burger. It's disgusting I almost threw up just looking at it, I opened it to remove the tomatoes and I found it there on the lettuce. I tried calling and they didn't answer the phone, I've been at work all day long and all I wanted was to eat. I'm not going to eat this sandwich and I'm not driving all the way back, I left them a voice mail and hopefully they'll call back because this is unacceptable.
The employees were all great but the food was terrible! My husband, our 3 teenagers, and myself went there for dinner on a Friday night and every single sandwich they have us was cold! Some of them actually looked like they had been setting for a long time because the burger looked dried out and old! The onion rings weren’t cooked long enough, so they were soft and the inside was slimy feeling! They haven't remodeled this Burger King in at least 25-30 years. It's touch and go with whether your food's going to be dry or cold. Breakfast is usually the best here cuz it's cheap and good. Two croissants which with a medium hash brown is only $7 compared to the $25 you'll spend at McDonald's on their minimal breakfast
