Service was just okay. Cashier was good. sandwich artist skimped on bacon on my sandwich. You pay for a large and barely get fries or onion rings. To top it off their drink machines were down. food was fresh because I asked for it that way of course. A few flaws but decent establishment. Sitting in the lobby currently the cashier hands a man in the lobby a coke. She told me their drink machines were down… after ordering I asked for a cup of ice and she said it’s 75 cents but next time… after I paid for a large meal

June 2024 I was feeling a bit lazy and decided not to drive to another BK, but instead take my chances in West Haven. WHAT A CHANGE!! Must be under new management because the place was clean, rat traps gone. Every table was clean and set with a crown. Floor was swept, no trash. Booths were no longer tattered and worn. I was also properly greeted and the counter person smiled. Food was hot,especially the fries. OK, I have to up the star rating.. let's hope they can maintain this.. it is a nice change! Don’t expect to leave with all the food you ordered in the bag. They always forget 1-3 items. ALWAYS. today I checked the bag, after going through the drive through and items were missing so I parked and went in to get them. They knew because they had it in a separate bag when I walked in. Got home and realized something else was still missing. Ridiculous. I’ve been going here for years and I really have to learn my lesson because it’s been like this for years.

I was there about six years ago. The place was filthy, the seats cut up, and they weren’t serving something that they had a large poster up promoting. Would never go there again!

ThisBurger King is a Drive-Thru. This is a Great place to relax over lunch. It’s clean and cozy. I love the outside view when you’re seated inside. There’s a rest room; wheelchair accessible park and wheelchair accessible entrance for the the differently abled. The workers are courteous and fast.
