My girlfriend and I just went to Cromwell BK for some lunch. We were greeted by Q in the drivethru and he was so helpful and patient! This guy made our experience so great. All the food was fresh and hot, and they gave us napkins and sauces! Thanks Q! We will be back!
I don't know what this nasty, hairy thing on my bun is but I'm completely disgusted and will never get BK again. I thought we could give Cromwell a chance since I swore off Portland but nope. And on top of it all this wasn't even the burger I ordered. Gave us Whoppers when we ordered Bacon Cheeseburgers.
Not a big fan of this place when I seen rats running around the drive thru. On a rainy day few years ago. But maybe it was taken care of now. I won't eat anything from here after that tho. Portland will be the best option.
Went to drive thru. Got all the food we ordered and it was hot! Burger King in general food has gone downhill. Update. We went again because we didn't have time to eat before seeing my aunt at apple rehab. We went through the drive through and ordered some food and a couple of chocolate shakes. We had 2 small (2-3 items each) separate orders in the drive thru and they would not let us use a coupon for the 2nd order. They were separate. This is the first time we were told this.
