This place is absolute trash . From cleanliness to the rude and unprofessional staff. The playroom is absolutely musty and the fountain drinks that aren’t soda are never available (sorry kids) Very common of them, they get my order wrong . The people working the register seem trained not to make eye contact and leave you standing there for minutes on end . No smiles. Just frowns and attitudes . Everything is awesome here, including its game area. In my opinion, it is the best Burger King of Fairfield County.

Missed items, messed up my order. Teh wrap was all sauce and no chicken. Gave me bacon when I don't eat pork. Put onions where they weren't supposed to be... Just all around mess up. Was in town visiting family and just needed a bite to eat before getting on the road, never again

I'm not sure about Burger King. Food is alright, I liked the spicy chicken sandwich and the mozz fries are good. But they didn't have any straws and forgot to give me sauces. I'm not angry, just kinda disappointed. Having worked in the industry I get it, but they need to step up a bit. I don't expect the world from fast food but I do expect a straw.

Very bad service, 2 Mexicans, one named Maria and another who refused to give me her name, treated me very badly, just for being Hispanic. I spoke to another worker and he told me that every day people come complaining about the service provided by these people. What are they doing working there?
