This Burger King location is excellent. The place is clean both within and out, the air inside is good. The Employee that took my order welcome me in with wonderful smile. Her name is Marie. She's the best. I can't wait to visit again. 👌👍
Maria was able to make my order correctly, but Maria 2 did not get my friend's order right. She forgot to have Maria 3 put cheese on his food. Maria 4 who took our orders was very friendly.
You need to get people on the order area that can speak and talk English. They mess up all the orders very frustrating when on work lunch, but we do like the food! Original chicken and Whoppers the best! when they do it right!
The Shelton, CT location was great. He offered to let me try the sweet tea because a previous customer had said it tasted bad (at the drive thru) and offered to remake. He was very friendly and pleasant despite the late hou (10:00pm).
This past Saturday, 4/12, my son and two of his friends decided to eat at Burger King after an event they attended. Since they all believe in healthy eating, this was a rare treat. All THREE got food poisoning, one ended up going to the hospital and Tuesday night, 4/15, I heard my son wrenching all night. I can only imagine how food is handled at this location. Stay away from this place. I will be contacting the manager. It’ll be interesting to see how they handle this information.
