fries was dry and cold. burger lacked taste and had little sauce
Ordered Fiery Chicken Fries and Fiery Mozzarella Fries and received the Fiery Mozz Fries and regular mozzarella sticks instead. Both Mozzarella stick orders were old and burnt.
My food was cold. My French toast sticks was hard I only received 1 order of French toast this is acceptable
Fries and nuggets arent fresh . Often stale
There is no option to get straws and etc, and they never give us straws. The bags always come tattered and the drinks are usually not packed properly so it spills.
The last time ordered this it was a lot bigger. Now it's smaller and it's not worth the price it's being. They didn't short change the soda. It's huge. You can keep the soda, I want more food for the money. You just lost a customer. I'm still hungry.
Missed sending any sauces , Burger had nothing besides patty and a slice of lettuce . I had ordered Diet Coke and got Dr Pepper which I absolutely dont like
It was only two things and they still got it wrong! Those are definitely not 9 piece chicken fries (and I got charged for that). Food was also cold and drink has spilt. Terrible quality of food & service
Wow, u guys have gotten worse. this is the 2nd time. the bread was wet sloppy order . the fries were cold, and the soda was flat
