The drinks was spilled in the bag. Luckily it didn’t soak everything. Just a few wet fries and the bottom of my burger was also a little wet.
Cold food and missing items
Ordered 3 whoppers with swiss cheese. $0.60 per burger additional but not 1 burger had cheese. Disappointing.
I didn't get 1 of the item I ordered
Never got my order… courier Stephen delivered to wrong address… but Grubhub redelivered with another courier
Lots of food was missing. Looks like they did a rush job. What I did get was good but basically half of the food was missing.
They do not read the special instructions where I explained I'm unable to drink soda and request lemonade or punch but yet still received soda
The food was cold, and the drink was wrong and hot with no ice.
My burger was wrong. I said no cheese and no pickles. Someone did read it. But Grubhub credited my account. I can’t have American cheese.
