fries & onion rings are cold like they been sitting out,the burger is good & hot. The chicken fries are good& have flavor i just wish it was fresh..

ordered 3 times and all 3 times something was forgotten
I clearly resquest Sprite and they sent me cream soda. Too much ketchup in the burguer, the burguer patties was over cooked didn't taste like the usual BK grill flavor taste bitter.
Everything was good except the coffee was awe full
It looks like they changed the family bundles so now u just get 3 whoppers 3 cheeseburgers and 3 small fires so just keep that in mind before ordering
chicken sandwich was terrible and they forgot our chicken fry meal
they never send straws, the fish was this and dry, and the meat to burn ratio on the whopper is way off. Fast food anymore is a big disappointment
I did not get my order of onion rings at all and my whopper did not have any cheese on it. The chicken fries were not fully cooked and neither were the fries.
