We chose Atria Burlingame because of the location, price, and the friendly staff. The room sizes are a little bigger than the ones that I saw at other places, she does have a private studio. Overall I would recommend them to others who are looking, the staff feel like they are family.
The people and staff are excellent. They're very warm. That's why my loved one chose Atria Burlingame. He feels very comfortable there. It doesn't feel institutional. It's a great, pleasant location across from a park, with lots of foliage and trees. Whenever I've been there, it's always clean, including the unit he's in. It's a good place.

Our experience with Atria started off good but then gradually went downhill. There was a dramatic price increase from the time we moved her in to the time we moved her out, that is why we had to leave because it just got too expensive. The food started off great but then even before covid it got worse and worse. They did have a lot of good social activities here and really did their best during covid to try and keep residents stimulated and engaged.

Safe! I have enjoyed living here since day one. Atria Burlingame was recoommended to me and I have been happy with moving here since! The staff is kind. The food is good. They were even able to accomodate me with a new apartment because I felt like my first apartment's window was too close to the train station which made it hard for me to sleep at night.

So very happy with the empathy and compassion that [name removed] and his staff have shown towards myself and my family and the comfort I feel that my father will be well cared for. I genuinely feel that this is the best place we could have found for my father's care.
