Pros: - Staff was friendly - Care was Superb - Outcome was on-point; looks great - Didn't make me cry in pain. - Made me feel like I should come back real soon. Cons: - Not a formal complaint, just an observation and listening to general gossip around waiting rooms without the courtesy of said folks to find the proper communication channel ( folks like to comment and complain everywhere EXCEPT where it could be used for improvement ). I continue to come to Dr. Burns’ office because of the very professional and efficient way the office is run. Dr. Burns is the best dentist I have ever encountered. I always trust his advice.
