I appreciate having Dr Burns and his staff as our family dentist. They’re very thorough, explain and answer my questions, bill our insurance in a timely manner, and go out of their way to accommodate us.
I actually enjoy going to the dentist; procedures have changed so much and my treatment is above the normal. It was very tolerable.

Check ups always great! Love my hygienist! However for tooth repair I called and made an appointment. Became ver I’ll with upper respiratory infection. Held out to see if better so cancelled prior to office opening on appt date. Called today to rescheduled. Successful however followed with if you cancel this appt. it will be $75. I found that rude and inappropriate for long time patient where husband and sister go AND HAS NEVER MISSED AN APPOINTMENT!
