I had very pleasant first experience with them. while searching for flights from other site, it gave results which had cheapest option on Business travel group website, booked through them, it was quick, they asked for more documents in email before confirming, they confirmed the flight immediately after providing document. I wish I will get good deal like this from them regularly :)-

Very good experience with this organization. ******* understood what were were looking for and worked hard to find ** the best options for our trip to ******.
