RecommendedI highly recommend Butternut Ridge simply because the ENTIRE office staff and maintenance crew are amazing ! They are ALL professional, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely kind individuals ! To have a place that has such great customer service is rare these days and this place exceeds expectations.

RecommendedI lived here for 4 years. 2 different apartments on the property. And I can honestly say it was my best apartment living situation I have ever experienced. Nice apartments, family and pet friendly community, excellent amenities, in a city with everything you could possibly need. Not to mention it is all of 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland. RecommendedAlthough i’m not fully moved in yet, Jessica made my first impression with these apartments great. She answered all of my questions and made me feel super comfortable. I’ve had bad experiences with other apartments in the past and i’m thankful that’s not the case here.
RecommendedI am so thankful that we found these apartments. So far our experience living here has been wonderful. Kimberly and the other staff members go far and beyond our expectations.Seth from maintenance is always there for us when we need his help. He even gives us advices on how to keep the apartment safe. Also, we love to live here because you get to have nice and respectful neighbors: From college students, executives, working moms to seniors, everybody makes the community look like a big family.
RecommendedIs the best choice to live in a super- cozy apartment! There is tones of light that floods through multiple windows throughout. It is spotless clean, the place has everything one needs, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher... Perfect location no noise. Jessica and Brandi were with us every step of the way from viewing to signing and made that initial process very simple and took the time to explain everything, help set us up as new residents, made us feel very welcome, and answer all our questions. RecommendedWe looked into many places in Avon, Westlake and Gold Coast but decided on Butternut Ridge. The floor plan with fireplace, enclosed patio and garage met our needs but what we really liked was the pool. The pool area was recently remodeled adding tables, fire and BBQ pits, outdoor TVs and music. It was our vacation destination for this summer with lunch, dinner and drinks delivered from Burntwood Tavern and other local restaurants.
