This place is a textbook example of why “aesthetic” doesn’t mean ethical. I showed up here in excruciating pain, thinking I was finally going to get help—because when I called, they said they accept my insurance. What they failed to mention (and conveniently waited to drop on me once I was already in the chair) is that they don’t actually bill insurance and told me they will go above and beyond to help me. If you're a cash paying customer I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion. I've been here a couple times over two years. I can't speak on the quality of work but what I can say is I felt misled and taken advantage of. Especially after getting two other quotes for the same work. I was looking for 4 implants and was quoted $31,000. I expressed concerns about a few other teeth and she told me quote "the rest of your teeth are fine" and $31,000 would take care of everything.
