Sunflower was a fantastic photographer, she was very uplifting and extremely helpful. Usually I hate taking photos but it became the highlight of my day.

We paid for a session at school but that’s not what we got. deceiving emails sent out before the day making us think this would be an individualized experience at school just not at the studio. daughTer had a terrible experience. thought we paid for a session where a few outfits could be changed into but it turns out our session was lumped together with everyone else who needed to take photos. If only I could give NEGATIVE stars this company would get ---20stars. THEY SUCK, are outrageously priced and are unethical. Give horrible customer service and double charge taxes on purchases. AVOID THEM -

Not happy. During my daughter's session, she was supposed to have three different sets of pictures taken (Essential Session)-cap & gown, yearbook(black top), casual(outfit of choice). Before her session, a representative called me back to ask which scene she would like for her casual picture. The choice was either Timeless(brick wall) or Exposure(Black&White). She chose Exposure. I was very disappointed with company. Some of the young people hired to take the photos seemed to be photography students with minimum professional experience. You are not allowed to pick your photos alone. You are forced to reschedule again and make your selections with them. The packages are outrageously overpriced! And to top that off the packages does not include cap and gown photos you will have to come back at a later day to purchase these photos separately. Our children (especially the girls) prepare for this moment weeks or months in advance. We went shopping, planned hair and outfits, planned posses and lighting, and envisioned our own idea of what this day would be. My husband and I both took off work and we drove a good distance for this moment. The staff was very kind and fun. The place looks amazing. HOWEVER, the logistics and flow are not there yet.
