Everyone was amazing! We started out with Alllie doing the hair and makeup and everything she did was exactly what my daughter wanted. Topher did everything to go above and beyond to get the perfect shot with every outfit and scene we selected. Norma did our photo presentation and made the process so seamless. An awful experience. I continue to get emails and text messages with my daughters picture with a water mark through it. I already prepurchased the second biggest package which includes digital prints. I was on the phone for an hour and a half to be told that they basically cant find her photos - even though they have it with the water mark and they cant tell me a time that they can send me the digital pictures that I paid $85 for. They took a horrible photo of me and I disliked it so I asked them to retake it and they completely ignored me and published the yearbook photo and now everybody is making fun of me. I’ve been bullied several times and was shoved in the hallway this place is terrible at taking photos unless you want to get beat in school by your classmates.

Please ask them for prices ahead of booking sessions. I don’t know how schools recommend this company. They will not cancel once payment is made but will tell you that it can be canceled within a specific time period they will charge. presentation fee is extra they said it’s for incase of no show but will not refund even if you want to cancel well ahead of time.
