Great hotel, great location but customer service not the greatest for such a upscale hotel

Nice property, but overpriced for the offerings. Late checkout is $100/hour. Bottled tequila in the rooms are $450 to give you an idea. In my room, things looked messed with like the toiletries. Wall mounted dispensers were broken and on the floor. Would NOT stay again.

Great location for shopping and dining! Very cool, modern hotel. My only complaint is that I felt like my room had not been vacuumed in months! There was a cracker on the floor by the bed that was was there when I checked in and still there 4 days later!

Nice stay Overall, nice/new hotel. The service was ok - it seems like many of the people working there seem rather inexperienced (lots of training going on, so that's good). It was almost impossible to get a bottled water - in a GLASS. Maybe consider replacing all the plastic... The golf carts are key! The location is somewhat awkward so the golf carts really make a difference. I would def stay again.
