Staff terrific at high volume time—Nutcracker started at 5 pm across the street. Put our luggage in storage and quickly set up a place when our daughter unexpectedly needed a food pit stop. Food above average, but location stupendous when visiting Lincoln Center.
The Thin crust pizza was outstanding! Chicken Marsala, Caesar salad and a special appetizer that was a warmed cheese order arugula with walnut.
Cafe Fiorello was just the ticket on a freezing cold day for dining before the opera across the street. We entered a warm and inviting space already convivial at the early hour of 11am. Very crowded tables - could barely walk to our table without bumping into other tables. Service was good. Food was good.

My first visit to Fiorello was several years ago, but the food, ambiance and service was so good, and the pizza that we had as an appetizer was so memorable (thinnest crust on the planet and outstanding) that I'd always wanted to go back. Obligations and then covid prevented me from traveling, but I finally had the chance to return last week.
