Get some one in your Marion office that knows something other than holding a phone .Its been two days now meds still not called in. Left some papers to be filled out over a month ago still not completed.There you feel like your just a number to help keep the lights on.

Do not send the patient away when you did not tell the patient what to bring to a scheduled procedure. Not the Mistake of the patient but rather that of CMC...very bad attitude from receptionist. She acted like I’m the problem. Did not try to help me at all. Had the appointment for over 2 weeks. Maybe Tuscaloosa is not so far away. Very disappointed with my treat at CMC Centreville yesterday.
