RecommendedI just had my first visit to CaliDental Niles, I found the everyone I had contact with to be friendly and welcoming, good overall visit!
I highly recommend CaliDental!! I am terrified of the dentist and literally brought to tears at the thought of having to go. 2 weeks ago I had some tooth pain that I could no longer ignore. I called and made an appointment with CaliDental and from the first person to answer the phone, all the way thru to the Dr, every one was so kind and compassionate! My husband went to this office they said everything was covered through his insurance. He repeatedly asked if everything would be covered by his insurance.They pulled a tooth and were supposed to cap another after they finished the procedure they told him he had to pay $75.00 We will NEVER go back to this corrupt money hungry place.
The first time I visited this office I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and everything went well. The second visit I had was not great at all. The dental assistant Liz was not welcoming and rude. I was having a anxiety attack during the fills and I was feeling scared. (Yes I am still scared of the dentist) I asked to stop during the procedure. I felt like I was annoying the dentist and it felt like they just wanted to rush me out of the office.
