I lived at Camden for a year. It's a gated community yet the gate was always broke and never fixed. Along with the gate being broke, the security guard never answered when I called whenever there was an incident. Also, I got water damage back in June 2017 and it still had not been fixed by the time I moved out (End of July 2017). My apartment was used as the MODEL HOME for 2 bedroom units because they did not have any 2 bedroom models to show to new potential renters. My daughter's first year at Camden was okay. Second year is now. She was billed $235 for carpet replacement in her old unit for a small stain from candle soot. I helped clean at the end of last year and we cleaned EVERYTHING. She is in a different unit this year and the sofa reeks of cat urine. And her bedroom carpet is disgusting. For them to charge us for carpet replacement, and move her into a filthy unit astounds me! Beware before you commit!
Absolutely terrible. The staff is honestly the worst and any positive reviews about them on here were literally written by the staff members themselves, pathetic.
This was the worst experience I have ever had, my car has been broken into multiple times. Considered a "gated community" but it's always broken. I have had broken furniture for over a year, and my apartment has been inspected more than once and it's never been fixed. The management is awful, rude and not considerate of anyone. Will not be signing here next year along with several others because of the experience we have all had.
AWFUL apartment complex, multiple car break ins which they have done nothing about. Not well managed at ALL! Cheaply built. Comes furnished but I could buy better furniture at Walmart. The furniture has been broken for over a year, still not fixed. Along with a major dust problem. Had friends in the same building who had no air conditioning for 2 weeks and would not reconcile any agreement for rent those months. They will screw you out of money any way they can!
