Let me start by saying I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My experience with Dr Pennington and her staff was AMAZING!!!!!! I was greeted with a smiling face from the receptionist (who is one in a million) to everyone in the back office. I was comfortable, comforted, informed and assured that I was in good hands. They were right. I had a total of 8 extractions done,4 being my wisdom teeth. Let’s just say...the whole staff is AMAZING! They did the “impossible” and that was pulled my daughter’s tooth only using laughing gas. Any time she has a dental procedure we have to put her to sleep (it costs an arm, a leg, and other involuntary body parts to cover out of pocket). The staff was absolutely phenomenal!! They made my daughter feel so welcome and well taken care of. From the receptionist, to the techs, the anesthesiologist, and the doctor, everyone was so warm and sweet. The receptionist is one of a kind and made me smile so big! She’s great!! My daughters surgery was so quick and they were so informative and insured me I could call them with any questions or concerns. They also called us to check on how my daughter was feeling a few hours after her surgery.
