I have a severe dental phobia. I usually have panic attacks, violently shake and I am absolutely terrified the entire appointment. EVERYONE at this location was incredible! They were all kind and patient, explaining every step of the process for an emergency root canal. They were patient and calm and made me feel comfortable, and took incredible care of me. We were referred to Cameo by our family dentist for my 8-year-old daughter's root canal, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Dr. Allegretti and their team did a wonderful job. From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly calm and reassuring, which immediately put my daughter at ease. We have visited Cameo many times and have always had a great experience, recommending them to others. However, my daughter recently had a root canal there and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. This was her second root canal—her first was done perfectly—but this time the doctor was impatient, and she experienced a lot of pain. We’re truly disappointed.
Dr. Babcic did a great job with my root canal. She’s very friendly and completed the work quickly with minimal discomfort. I’ve also had an extraction and implant done by Dr. Baptist, who’s also an excellent doctor. I highly recommend Cameo.
All the staff were very professional and communicative. However, when I was told upon arriving at Cameo that the doctor was 10-15 minutes behind, I never imagined that it would be 60 minutes. However, I had a good book and was happy to wait for Dr Baptist. Extra communication about the delay would have been appreciated.
