Propane got delivered successfully so overall a good experience, but the driver complained about the location of our tank (we didn’t pick it and it’s been there for 43 years without causing a problem for any other driver), the width of our driveway (we have literally had a semi truck come through our front gate without issue) and a low hanging branch that “nearly took his mirror off” (the branch he was talking about doesn’t even hang over the road) and threatened to never come back if we didn’t fix the “issues”. First of all, the office staff needs to take a class on being polite. And it took you 7 months to pick up the tank out of my goat pen, you sent me 2 texts that you were coming out to pick it up. Worthless. I have chatted with quite a few people that also have had problems with your service, and quite frankly you rate at a -10
