My check engine light was on and I had to get it checked out. I was given an appointment as soon as possible and able to get a read even before the appointment. The day of the appointment, Sam handled the process and he kept me well-informed and updated throughout the entire ordeal. He had great energy and great customer service. I'm more than satisfied with my experience.

Sam gave me all the updates promptly. He was very kind, full of smiles, and offered to get me something to drink. Plus since my car was bought from Candy Cars I get free inspections each year! All in all, things went smoothly & they have another pleased customer 🙂

Sam could not have been more helpful after my car developed a minor hiccup. Made sure the car was good to go. Sam is also a very pleasant chap. Excellent experience, good advice. Give Sam a raise!

The service department at Candy Cars kept me informed of inspection issues with my older truck and offered affordable options for repair in order to pass. Even though they were obviously very busy, Lisa was attentive and communicated with me throughout the repair process. The mechanics were very efficient with the large amount of work that needed to be done. I’ve always had a great experience with Candy Cars on both the sales and service sides!

Great customer service and great communication. They took care of everything I needed, communicated with me along the way, and made the process smooth and simple. Sam at the service desk is fantastic, great at his job and communicated the entire time.
