I purchased a car from Candy Cars about 8 months ago, and brought it in today for some routine service. Sam from Candy Cars took excellent care of everything. He was extremely kind, quick with updates, and even gave me a discount when the service ended up being slightly over the quote he provided (to make sure they didn’t charge me more than what they quoted). Everything was completed relatively quickly and yet again I had a wonderful experience at Candy Cars. Thanks so much for everything, Sam!
Thank you Candy Cars for finding a time to service my vehicle that worked around my tight schedule. My service was preformed in a timely fashion and I have to say it’s always nice to be able to pick up my vehicle on time as planned. The technician who serviced my Jeep did an excellent job of identifying concerns while providing visual photos of them. I have been dealing with Bridgeland / Candy Cars for several years now and I couldn't ask for a better experience. It doesn't matter if i am dealing with Rob the owner, General Manager, Sales or the Service team, they treat you like family. They truly care about you and making sure that you have a great experience. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend you give them an opportunity.
Sam McGuiness is top notch … he is extremely personal and efficient! I’ve been to Candy Cars three times in the past two months and each time he recognizes me, calls me by name, is thorough… Explains everything to me in “laymans” terms. I could not recommend a better service technician and a better car dealership that Candy Cars.
Lisa has been incredible from step one of my recent car repair needs. She has gone above and beyond and even ended up saving us a few bucks at the end. Pricing was way better than going to the dealership and I prefer to support local businesses anyway. They were even able to deliver my vehicle to me since I had knee surgery and had an issue being able to pick it up.
