Got to work along with Sam, his positive attitude & knowledge was a welcome change. He always kept a smile on his face, answered questions with a nice tone. I will always recommend going to candy cars Service and asking for Sam. Just an overall great experience!
I came in to Candy Cars to get an oil change! Sam had made me feel overly welcomed and greeted me graciously! Sam even double checked if I was good throughout the oil change! Also even asked if I wasn’t my car washed.. didn’t know what to think but I agreed and wow service today at Candy Cars made me feel comfortable to know I can come here again for any car work!
My check engine light was on and I had to get it checked out. I was given an appointment as soon as possible and able to get a read even before the appointment. The day of the appointment, Sam handled the process and he kept me well-informed and updated throughout the entire ordeal. He had great energy and great customer service. I'm more than satisfied with my experience.
Sam was attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Dillon in the shop did a fantastic job servicing my vehicle. Would recommend to all!
Sam gave me all the updates promptly. He was very kind, full of smiles, and offered to get me something to drink. Plus since my car was bought from Candy Cars I get free inspections each year! All in all, things went smoothly & they have another pleased customer 🙂
