Sam could not have been more helpful after my car developed a minor hiccup. Made sure the car was good to go. Sam is also a very pleasant chap. Excellent experience, good advice. Give Sam a raise!
Got my car from them about 3-4 years ago and I couldn’t be happier with it, I’ve only had to do regular maintenance stuff. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and make the car buying process completely stress free. I go there for all my car maintenance. The auto service center staff are friendly and knowledgeable especially Sam, they make car maintenance easy. I will only use candy cars for all my car needs.
I’m not only had a great experience but experienced something. I never thought I would see. While I was waiting for my car, the service manager came out and told another gentleman that he didn’t need the oil changed that he brought his vehicle in for. What? I couldn’t believe it. They took care of my vehicle too. Sam is a great guy. Very impressed.
The service department at Candy Cars kept me informed of inspection issues with my older truck and offered affordable options for repair in order to pass. Even though they were obviously very busy, Lisa was attentive and communicated with me throughout the repair process. The mechanics were very efficient with the large amount of work that needed to be done. I’ve always had a great experience with Candy Cars on both the sales and service sides!
Great customer service and great communication. They took care of everything I needed, communicated with me along the way, and made the process smooth and simple. Sam at the service desk is fantastic, great at his job and communicated the entire time.
