Thank you Candy Cars for finding a time to service my vehicle that worked around my tight schedule. Took my car in for an oil change and inspection. It was very easy to schedule and the whole process went very smoothly. I dropped my car off before work and they sent me a text confirming what work was being done as well as the price about 15 minutes later. They called me to let me know when the work was done, as well as letting me know about some other repairs I need to have done. Reviewing my experience with Lisa at the service desk for an oil change. She was very informative and extremely helpful in making sure I got in and out on my lunch hour! She also explained some findings on my van that needed attention, and broke down what that meant for me. She passed on the quotes and there was no pushiness to get me to get those things fixed asap. I purchased a car from Candy Cars about 8 months ago, and brought it in today for some routine service. Sam from Candy Cars took excellent care of everything. He was extremely kind, quick with updates, and even gave me a discount when the service ended up being slightly over the quote he provided (to make sure they didn’t charge me more than what they quoted).
