Always explain everything about condition and procedure. Excellent support staff from front desk to procedure room staff.
Dr Giuffrida is conservative and doesn't jump to do unnecessary procedures. He shares his honest informed thoughts on the course of action he wants to take and takes the time to communicate clearly and with empathy. If surgery does end up being needed, he is affiliated with the best so you have a team behind you

There is virtually no wait time, and the atmosphere is calm, comforting, and stress-free. From the receptionist to Dr. Giuffrida I interacted with five people. All treated me in a professional, friendly, respectful manner. The medical staff was outstanding. I was provided detailed explanations and visuals for every concern I had voiced and followed through with an immediate plan of treatment.
