The facts are the facts… I got a bad back. However, the way he treats you and explains things to you, makes it seem like you are his only patient. I left with more hope than I came in with.
Am very appreciative of everyone that worked with me today at my first appointment. The doctor and staff listened and were very understanding and provided professionalism in the reassurance and compassionate communication of the pain I am experiencing. Am very grateful and hopeful that my pain will be managed.
Before seeing Dr. Giuffrida, I saw 2 other pain management physicians-so I know a great doctor when I see one. He is far superior others and he is empathetic, honest, down to earth and very talented. He knew exactly where the epidural needed to be placed (unlike the others Drs I went to). The first time in many years I am pain free.

Dr Giuffrida is excellent. He truly cares about his patients. The office in the "back" is beyond fabulous. The entire team works together. Lady is always kind and professional whether it be in person or calling to check on my post-procedure status.

All of the staff seemed very friendly and full of personality.
I have been seeing Dr. Giuffrida for about eleven months. My spine is pushed forward in my lower back and was causing me to have a lot of pain and troubles walking very far and sleeping. I love to hike and kayak and was unable to do so. I had been recommended to have surgery and wanted to try other options. I gradually improved over 7 months with physical therapy, meds, and epidural injections. I was able to hike again, and I recently tried to kayak and was thrilled that I was able.
