Another great visit with the friendly, professional folks at Cantrell West. Just a regular cleaning , but Lucy was very attentive to the job at hand. And Dr. Deems checked on me to provide encouraging comments. Always made to feel like family here.

I have never like the dentist, but I have changed my mind. Dr Deems took his time and explained to me step by step so I knew what was going on and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. The whole staff was the same way, informative and worried about my fears and tension. I would have never recommended a dentist before in my life, but I would stand up on a soapbox and praise this staff until I could no longer speak.

I truly enjoy the friendly demeanor, the pleasant atmosphere and professionalism at Cantrell West Dental! I’ve been a patient for years and travel time is about 45 minutes to an hour. I bring that up because there are many dental offices closer to home but, Dr. Deems came highly recommended and I was thoroughly pleased and well taken care of at the onset to the point the distance and traffic I might encounter pales in comparison to the care and confidence I have in Dr Deems and his staff!! I had a hygienist appointment with Lucy. Lucy is very thorough, professional, friendly, & always looks out for her patient's best interests. She truly cares & that comes through loud & clear. She also has a good sense of humor & wants you to be comfortable. I've had a lot of great hygienists but Lucy is at the top! I told Dr. Deems that he needs to keep her & he agreed!
