She poked the bottom of my mouth several times and punched my lip between my tooth and her tool a couple of times. She actually made me jump it flinch several times. She said "I'm sorry but I've got to get it clean" I understand that, but that is the kind of stuff that scares people away from going to the dentist. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.
As always it was a great experience, I don't feel like a stranger because I am not. After years of going there, and knowing all the staff always makes my appointments a good visit.
Always friendly and professional. She does a great job and really cares for her patients.
It's one step in a process, but I am glad Dr. Deems is a perfectionist. He has my best interest in mind!
As usual you were very professional, but yet personal. A Dentist were you receive quality care, and fill totally relaxed.
