Today I had a thorough but pleasant teeth cleaning with Carol Ann. It is extra nice that a very warm face towel is brought to you post cleaning! Dr Deems checked in to see how things were with me and my teeth (today was yearly X-rays) and Donna, Dr Deem's assistant even told a silly joke :). Brook, at the front desk was helpful and friendly, as always. For someone who spent years dreading a visit to the dentist, I now gladly make sure I'm booked every 3 months for a cleaning. I got right in at my appointment time and, as always, Amanda was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. It wasn't time for x-rays, but Dr. Deems has a new device with no radiation that detected a very small cavity not visible to the eye. I will now get a smaller filling because it was detected earlier. And the use of the device was at no extra cost to me. I love it that this office is current on the most recent technology. And an added bonus for me is that Dr. Deems is donating his time and services to Multiple Sclerosis. ... read more

My visit was great as always Dr. Deems is the best....
Very professional. On time. They take pride in maintaining very good patient relationships. Personable staff. I feel that Dr. Deems and his staff are work at doing the best for the patient.
Overall appointment was good and I got good information I needed.I thought it was unusual that even though I came in for check up a month early that I didn't see Dr. Deems or get cavity x rays as usual I was asked if I wanted to do that.but really just thought it would be done as had been in the past.also during cleaning my teeth did not get flossed. I thought that was part of the cleaning?

It was our understanding you knew that it had not been 6 months since your last checkup, and therefore I was not going to provide an exam nor would there be X-rays taken.
