WARNING: In the paperwork that a patient fills out, there is fine print that says they can bill you up to $400.00 WITHOUT your authorization ... and they WILL do it. You'll get an email thanking your for your payment. It's a "no-reply" email, so you can't respond. They outsource their billing to a separate company where you'll be on hold for HOURS. I left messages in crisis to my psychiatrist. I had to repeat and spell my name over 15 times. It got to the point where I was under the impression that the answering customer service person was inebriated. This isn’t my first problem I’ve had.
