Visited the office Capital Digestive Care on 1/20/2023. From the beginning to end, the staff was very attentive & thorough. Ms. Dover was super helpful ensuring that I completed all pw prior 2 my visit. The instructions provided were simple & detailed. I was a bit late completing my pw but that was my fault (I profusely apologized). On the day of, Mr. Paul & his front office staff were amazing! Professional, clear & great personalities. I have returned to Dr. Howerton for two colonoscopies and now time for a third. He was always a caring professional and his office staff was receptive and accommodating. I have even told several friends to see his care and they have. Recently, I have called the office 7 times over the course of 8 weeks and NEVER have I spoken to a person; only an automated service. I have left messages each time and as of date, NO RETURN calls. I do wonder if Dr. Howerton knows his office staff is unresponsive to his patients. This would inc... read more
I have been going to Dr. Ricketts for 6 years. He is very knowledgeable about my condition and is a wonderful listener to my many questions, which he always answers. He is respectful and kind. I would recommend him 100%.
Dr. Park was amazing, great listener and very friendly. He did a thorough exam, responded to all my questions & explained everything clearly.

Dr Kirsh is a very methodical, thorough and caring doctor. He explains things well. It is very unusual to find a doctor today who takes time with his patients and listens carefully to their concerns.
Dr Ricketts performed my very first colonoscopy yesterday without any anesthesia!! I do not like sedation and opted to go without. Dr Ricketts was AWESOME!!! He was very thorough, very kind and compassionate! Made me feel safe and comfortable. Best bedside manner I’ve ever seen in a doctor! Procedure was 100% painless
