Dr. Ali takes time to explain carefully what is going on, and he listens. He is clearly committed to an unusual extent to make sure care of his patients is on track. In the last couple weeks he has called me twice in the evening, first, on a Sunday, to make sure that I was cleared and OK for procedures the next day, and second, to give me timely reports on biopsy results. Also, he gave me RX for a med I was buying OTC, to save me money.
Dr. Jager is outstanding! My Mom and I both see him and we love both his expertise and his bedside manner as well. I have referred several people to Dr. Jager and they love him as well. He takes whatever time is necessary to fully understand and diagnose any issues and he and his staff follow up with return phone calls immediately.
Dr. Ali is the rare combination of skill, knowledge, experience and compassion. From the moment I first met him, I felt relaxed and in the best possible hands. This isn’t an easy way to feel when you realize you are facing a colonoscopy, a procedure that makes most of us more than a little anxious. Now, having just had the procedure, I can attest that my quickly positive reaction to him was totally confirmed. I highly recommend Dr. Ali.
Dr. Ali is a very caring, patient and excellent gastroenterology. He meets with you after your procedure and performs a phone follow-up after a few days to ensure everything is well. He is thorough in his work and his gentle too. I highly recommend him for any digestive/esophagus issues you may have.
I have had only outstanding experiences with Dr. Kirk. She is compassionate and concerned, knowledgeable, a good listener, spends time with you, and attentive to detail. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Chasen listened to my complaint and then suggested a test which he did, and gave me a thorough explanation for the recommended course of treatment. He answered my questions in a manner that I could understand. I am a long term patient, and plan to continue to be so, as he knows his medical stuff and cares about his patients.
Dr. Chasen did my colonoscopy in 2007 and I am scheduled for another in February. I have recommended Dr. Chasen to family and friends. His friendly and drown to earth style are very refreshing for a specialist.
There are few doctors practicing out there today that I feel truly fit the definition of a doctor. “Patch” Adams was about the last doctor to come down the medical school pike that was a real doctor. But now I can count Dr Ricketts as among them. His “bedside manner” is impeccable. His professionalism the same. AND I was shocked when I received a phone call from his office and it was him. No doctor does that any more. He’s the best. I trust him implicitly.
Dr. Pllack listens to his patients and does not try to rush them through the consultation process in 3 minutes as some others do. He is also a kind person.
